Design Week Philippines 2023, the country’s national design festival, concluded on October 21, 2023, with a week-long celebration of the power of design to heal, innovate and transform. The event featured over 116 main and partner events nationwide, including talks, workshops, tours and exhibitions, all showcasing convergence of creativity and community.

Design Week Philippines Goes Nationwide: A Celebration of Philippine Design Across the Archipelago

Design Week Philippines, the country’s national design festival, will return this year and will run from October 14–21, 2023, with simultaneous events in five regions: Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Eastern, Western and Central Visayas, Ilocos and CARAGA and cities such as Quezon City, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay, Cebu, and Iloilo City.

The Design Center of the Philippines is set to host the Philippines’ biggest design conference — the International Design Conference — at the Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez, CCP Black Box Theater, CCP Complex, Manila on September 14-15, 2023. Considered as one of the largest design conferences in the ASEAN region, global design icons from the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Singapore and the Philippines will gather together under one roof to celebrate the power of design and creativity as it intersects with business, technology and national policies. Five global design luminaries and game-changers will be joining the stellar lineup of speakers in the two-day, thought-leadership design conference to be attended by thousands of participants and top government officials in a hybrid format.
